1. Introduction and Acceptance

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt22. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

6. Account Security and Verification (KYC)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdt22's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. 10. Amendments and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt22 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

bdt22 reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
